Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Caitlin Flack, and I am currently working towards a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies at Regent University. I hope that by looking through my ePortfolio, you will gain a better understanding of my teaching philosophy and the experiences that I have had thus far.
I come from a family full of teachers, so I always wanted to follow in their footsteps when I was younger. However, as I got older, I became interested in other professions. It wasn’t until my final year in high school that I realized my passion for teaching.
During my senior year, I was given the opportunity to work at a local preschool for two hours each day. I led classes of three, four, and five-year-olds. My time spent with these students is what made me decide to pursue a degree in education.
I started learning valuable teaching techniques as soon as I began my classes at Regent University. Throughout the last four years, my professors have provided me with fantastic resources and experiences that have truly prepared me to have a classroom of my own. I look forward to continuing to grow as a teacher, so I can provide the best education for my students.
